Eat Like a Cow, Not a Pig

As important as exercise is, you can achieve your weight-loss goals without a second of exercise. You just must burn more calories than you take-in throughout your day.

EVERYONE is on a diet. The question simply is, what kind of diet are you on?

The key is to consume like a cow and not like a pig. Cow’s produce lean meat because they “graze” throughout the day. Pigs are fat because they “pig-out”!

You should be eating 6 meals a day and drink at least 8 glasses of water per 24 hour period.

This is totally doable and it’s fun! And there is absolutely NO deprivation.
